Harvested in the middle of winter, the seasoned black olives have an intense and full flavour, enriched with hot pepper and fresh garlic.
They are ideal for garnishing pizzas, first and second courses based on meat. They also combine with mature cheeses.
Try adding them to a pan of potatoes, rosemary, coarse salt and a clove of garlic: the result is guaranteed.
