Museum Card Regulations

1) OLEIFICIO CISANO SRL with its registered office in Cisano di Bardolino, via Peschiera 54 and administrative headquarters in Bardolino Strada Campazzi n. 5 VR VAT number 00785050238 (hereinafter and for brevity also Oleificio Cisano) manages a loyalty program through direct subscription, in company stores or on the museum.it website, to the card called Museum Card.

2) The Museum Card is the exclusive property of Oleificio Cisano, is valid from the date of issue, is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties. The use of the Museum Card is reserved exclusively for adults. Oleificio Cisano reserves the right to modify or integrate the content of the promotions linked to the Museum Card at any time by communicating this through publication on the company website, through the Newsletter reserved for its customers, as well as at the Cisano stores in Via Peschiera 54 and in Bardolino in Strada Campazzi 5.

3) The holder has the right to obtain only one Museum Card associated with an email and cannot subscribe to multiple Museum Cards for themselves: if they lose it they must inform Oleificio Cisano who will regenerate the Museum Card. Any behavior that does not comply with these provisions of the regulations will allow Oleificio Cisano to suspend the Customer's Museum Card, and in the event that the necessary clarifications are not provided, Oleificio Cisano may cancel the Customer's Museum Card and not allow a further subscription.

4) The Museum Card is issued completely free of charge and can be requested by filling in the relevant membership form within the Oleificio Cisano stores using the appropriate totems or it can be downloaded by filling in the appropriate online form on the museum.it website With the request for the Museum Card, the Customer must provide - obligatorily - their identification data (name and surname, contact details, mobile number or active email address), accept having read the Regulations for use of the Museum Card as well as reading the Privacy Policy of Oleificio Cisano and give the relevant consent for the processing of data, according to his wishes. The personal data provided by the Customer to participate in the promotions that are reserved for Museum Card holders will be processed according to the Privacy Policy provided to the Customer pursuant to Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679). The information can always be consulted in the specific “Privacy Policy” section on the museum.it website

5) The Customer undertakes to always keep the aforementioned identification and contact data updated. Failure to sign and/or incomplete communication and/or incorrect compilation, or failure to update the data requested in the application form / online form will make it impossible to issue or in some cases cause the cancellation of the Museum Card. The Museum Card may be released in digital format.
