CAPER BERRIES

The fruits of the caper in wine vinegar are fine, crunchy and flavourful vegetables.

Ideal for enriching appetizers, salads and sauces, for decorating dishes or for accompanying cheeses, patés and cocktails.

Serve them with bowls of taralli, olives and small onions, accompanied by a glass of Spritz, for a successful aperitif.
