Description
Directly from the Sicilian island of Salina, a particular and unique ingredient, with a strong, savoury and intense flavour: the caper.
Ideal in salads, in the preparation of tuna sauce, combined with sauces and dishes based on fish.
NB: Before use, the capers must be desalted, i.e. put in water at room temperature. The water must be about twice the amount of the product to be desalted and must be changed often (at least 3/4 times). It is advisable to taste the product before using it.
