CHILI PEPPER JAM

From Calabria, the chili pepper jam today is spread and loved all over Italy, for is capacity to match sweetness and spiciness. 

This compote is known mainly combined with strong cheeses but is perfect also to accompany meat dishes or to create original finger food.

We recommend it with:

• Meat (chicken, steak, beef, burger)
• Cheese (serve it as an accompaniment to blue cheeses as Stilton, Fourme d’Ambert, Gorgonzola).
