CITRUS DRESSING

The white Dressing with Citrus, comes from the union of citrus juice and vinegar aged in oak barrels. The aroma is intense and clean, with a pleasant citrus vein. The taste is fresh and decisive, but not aggressive.

Perfect for seasoning salads, fish carpaccio, marinades and ice creams.

Try it in a salad with fennel, pitted olives, raw oranges, extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.

Ingredients: concentrated grape must, wine vinegar, lemon juice (10%), natural flavors. Contains Sulphites.

Without caramel, without thickening agents.
