The Balsamic Dressing of Modena with Fig, unites the intensity of aged vinegar to the sweetness of the fig, creating a dense and creamy balsamic, with a pleasantly round taste.
Perfect for accompanying aged cheeses, cured meats, white meats, hamburgers, salads, canapes, yogurt, fruit salads, ice creams, sorbets and dark chocolate sweets.
For a really special frozen yogurt, pour a thin layer of Balsamic Dressing with Fig on the bottom of moulds (or glasses), then add a layer of natural Greek yogurt sweetened with a teaspoon of multiflora honey and let stand in the freezer for 3 - 4 hours before serving.
Ingredients: concentrated grape must, wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar of Modena 30% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar, sulphite), fig juice 10%, flavour.
Without caramel, without thickening agents.
