RASPBERRY DRESSING

The Dressing with Raspberry is the result of the encounter between aged vinegar in oak barrels and raspberry juice. The scent is sweet and captivating, the taste is round and light, with pleasant sour notes.

Excellent for seasoning salads, red and white meats, fresh cheeses, cured meats, fruit salads, yogurt, ice-creams, sorbets and dark chocolate sweets.

Create an emulsion with raspberry balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt, to season a salad of mixed salad, berries and fresh goat cheese.

Ingredients: concentrated grape must, wine vinegar, raspberry juice (10%), flavor. Contains Sulphites.

Without caramel, without thickening agents.
