DRIED TOMATOES IN OLIVE OIL

Tomatoes dried and softened with olive oil. The addition of fresh parsley enhances the taste.

Ideal as a side dish and ingredient for sandwiches and wraps.

Try them in a sandwich stuffed with slices of celeriac scented with bay leaves, bitter radicchio leaves, spicy mayonnaise and artichokes in oil.

Ingredients: Sun-dried tomatoes (47,7%), olive oil, vinegar (contains sulphites), parsley, chilli peppers, oregano, garlic, acidity regulator: citric acid, pepper, salt.
