EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL VIRIDE - NEW HARVEST

We called it Viride because that was what the ancient Romans called the freshly squeezed oil, the freshest, the greenest, the most aromatic.  An intense and fragrant extra virgin olive oil, with pleasant floral and herbaceous notes, ideal to be used raw on dishes with strong flavours.  Produced in our mill during the first days of harvest, Viride is the ideal condiment for seasonal vegetables, from artichokes to asparagus, but also for the great classics, such as a spaghetti with garlic and oil or a simple fresh tomato bruschetta.
