GLAZE WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA IGP

The creme with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, is sweet, dense and very versatile.

Excellent for all preparations, from salads to pasta dishes, from meats to omelettes. Also excellent on sandwiches, cheeses, ice creams and fruit salads.

Try it to enrich a wrap filled with grilled vegetables, porcini in oil and strips of mozzarella.

Ingredients: Coocked grape must, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 39% (Wine vinegar, coocked grape must), sugar, modified corn starch.
