GOLD LABEL BASAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA IGP

The IGP Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar, represents the most aged quality of our balsamic vinegars. Perfumes and flavours are expressed at the highest levels, thanks to a patient and prolonged aging in fine wooden barrels.

The combinations in the cuisine are among the most varied: excellent for dressing all kinds of fresh and boiled vegetables, to flavour strawberries or melons, to marinate meat for roasts and fish and to accompany meatballs and omelettes.

A few drops at the end of cooking, are perfect to enrich a simple onion frittata.
