Eastern Garda DOP extra virgin olive oil is produced on the Verona side of Lake Garda. Obtained mainly from the "Casaliva" variety of olives, typical of the area, it stands out for its sweetness and balanced flavour. It is golden yellow with green reflections. The fruitiness is enveloping and characterful, with bitter and spicy notes contained, which close with hints of sweet almond.
Ideal for using raw on salads, fish dishes, white meat and to accompany traditional dishes such as eggs and asparagus, marinated sardines and salt cod.
Certified by control body authorized by Ministero dell'agricoltura, della sovranità alimentare e delle foreste.
Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
