The Garda Trentino DOP extra-virgin olive oil is produced in the area of the top end of the lake, the most northerly olive growing area of Europe. The particular microclimate of the region gives the product unique and well-defined characteristics. The taste is consistent but harmonious, with a pleasantly bitter and spicy sensation. Fruity, fresh and intense, with a clear herbaceous sensation.

Particularly suitable for use raw, it is ideal for enriching soups, pulses, bruschetta, carpaccio and traditional dishes such as the famous pasta and beans.
