Description
It is a totally artisanal product: the durum wheat, grown on the Pontecchio Polesine estate in Rovigo, is stone ground. The semolina is mixed with pure water only, bronze drawn and slowly dried. Modern agronomic techniques, gestures of ancient traditions and respect for nature give a pasta rich in aromas, with an intense and fragrant flavour, unique for its protein content and digestibility.
