STONED BLACK OLIVES IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

The pitted black olives are first flavoured in brine and then carefully pitted and placed in extra virgin olive oil, which gives them a special aroma. Moreish and tasty, they are ideal for different preparations.

Perfect for preparing sauces, accompanying fish dishes, salads and cheese platters, or filling pizzas and focaccia.

Drain and try them in a salad with baby plum tomatoes, cucumber, tofu or feta cubes and chopped oregano and parsley. Serve on a bed of chickpea hummus, a few slices of white pizza and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
