SWEET AND SOUR ROSE' DRESSING BARRIQUED FOOD

The Barricato Rosé Sweet and Sour Dressing, is a fine product, obtained from white grapes and aged in cherry barrels that give it the characteristic bright pink colour.

Its delicate and fresh flavour makes it ideal for salads, fish carpaccio and fruit salads.

Try it for a salad of spinach, goat cheese and toasted hazelnuts.
