SWEET AND SOUR WHITE CREAM

The White Sweet and Sour Creme, dense and delicate, is a very versatile product.

Ideal in salads, in the preparation of sweet or savoury sauces, and as a base to be added to the marination of  meat and fish.

Combined with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt, it is perfect to dress a salad made with quinoa, a finely chopped curly kale (seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and white balsamic cream and left to marinate in the fridge overnight), almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, goji berries, raisins. 

Ingredients: concentrated must, wine vinegar, modified corn starch. Thickening agent: xanthan gum – Anti-oxidant: E224, ascorbic acid.

Contains sulphites.
