Delicious appetizer, produced with the best sun-dried tomatoes and then put in extra virgin olive oil, with the addition of pitted black taggiasche olives.
Excellent for enriching salads, sandwiches, pizzas and focaccia or as an appetizer during an aperitif.
Sauté al dente spaghetti together with the tomatoes and black olives and a few tablespoons of their preserving oil, dried oregano, fresh basil leaves and a clove of garlic. Add chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
Ingredients: Black olives and dried tomatoes (60% in varying proportions), extra virgin olive oil, salt, wine vinegar (contains: sulphur dioxide).
