The Balsamic Vinegar IGP White Label, represents a mature quality of balsamic vinegars, with a harmoniously acidulous aroma, characteristic of aging in barrel.

Great to season all types of fresh and boiled vegetables, to flavour strawberries or melons, to marinate meat and fish or to accompany meatballs and omelettes.

Ideal for dressing a warm salad of asparagus, cut into small pieces and sautéed for a few minutes, with a pinch of salt, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and half a clove of garlic.

Ingredients: cooked grape must*, wine vinegar*.
