WHITE WINE VINEGAR

This White Wine Vinegar is obtained from the natural and slow fermentation of fine wines from our region, subsequently subjected to an aging process in oak barrels. The intense bouquet and strong flavour, using only a few drops, enhance the taste of all food.

Excellent for flavouring vegetable dishes and as a preserver for pickles.

Try adding 3 tablespoons to a salad of tomatoes, basil, red onions, cucumber and Tuscan bread, seasoned with salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil, to get the famous Tuscan panzanella!

The occurrence of any sediment is an indication of genuineness.

Contains sulphite.
