Eastern Garda DOP extra virgin olive oil is produced on the Verona side of Lake Garda, obtained mainly from the “Casaliva” variety of olives, typical of the area. Ideal for using raw on salads, fish dishes, white meat and to accompany traditional dishes such as eggs and asparagus.
